Last week, Above the Law recounted the story of William and Mary law students who still haven't received their first semester grades from one class. The dean has repeatedly apologized while the professor in question maintains he was ill and also performing university-related speaking engagements, which inhibited his ability to grade exams (before March, apparently).
The school has decided to calculate those students' class ranks without that four-credit course factored in and will recalculate after the spring semester (presumably, the grades *will* be in by then).
What do you think of how the school is handling the situation? And more importantly, William and Mary law students, it's March 1. Do you know where your grades are?
