All work and no play? Not at Duquesne Law!
In fact, a group of Duquesne Law students may have entered the Guinness Book of World Records this past weekend not for consecutive hours spent outlining Torts but for playing whiffle ball for 25 consecutive hours.
The Pittsburgh Channel reports that 10 Duquesne Law students played 126 innings' worth of whiffle ball, beginning on Saturday and ending yesterday, unofficially breaking the current record of 24 hours; Guinness Book of World Records have not yet verified.
But this wasn't all about Guinness glory. The students' whiffle ball game also raised $1,000 raised for the Lance Armstrong Livestrong Foundation.
Congratulations Duquesne Law students!
