The Wisconsin Law Journal (h/t Legal Blog Watch) reports that some law firms are developing social media policies to guide their employees on the dos and don'ts of using sites like Facebook, Twitter, and LindedIn, with the intent that employees make sure their messages fall in line with firm's philosophy.
We already know that firms *are* going to Google you to find out what you've been up to on the Interwebs accessible to everyone, but are they also watching what you're posting on more personal sites like Twitter and Facebook too?
Kind of makes you wonder about some of your new friends or followers, doesn't it? Hmm.....
