Van Susteren Calls Law School Grading a "Fraud"

Many law students and future law students may wonder about exactly what goes into grading exams and papers; after all, your law school transcript is something you'll carry around with you the rest of your life.

Well it turns out that grading might be even more arbitrary than we thought.

As seen at the TaxProf Blog, Greta Van Susteren, Fox News Channel host and former professor at Georgetown Law Center, recently called law school grading a "fraud," noting that there was really no way to tell the difference between an A, A-, and B+. Watch here:

Van Susteren's solution was to give most of her students A's, but how do other professors handle such decisions? And what do you think of law school grading?
